With over 10 years of experience in SAT prep and teaching prior to real estate, Berry has a gift for simplifying complex concepts. He spent years mastering derivatives trading through hundreds of hours of workshops/training with Charles Schwab and turned that knowledge into Cashflow University.

Each student will receive ongoing coaching focused on money management and financial education. Progress is monitored weekly to ensure effective learning about cash flow and strategies for generating passive income. Coaching and educational materials are customized based on the student’s experience, level, goals, and specific needs.

The ideal student has experience with investing in the stock market, possesses a decent amount of savings, and may have already invested in real estate or all of the above. However, we are also open to coaching novices who are eager to learn about money management and financial education. Students must have a Schwab account with a minimum cash balance of $5,000. We can only accept a limited number of students, so be sure to schedule a complimentary consultation to secure your spot and start building your passive income.

Our program is designed to provide financial education that teaches students how to generate cash flow from equities they own or wish to acquire, regardless of whether the stock market is experiencing a rise or fall. The primary goal is to establish a reliable stream of passive income for expenses, savings, or to reinvest back into the stock market.
With a strong emphasis on coaching, our program focuses on education and skill-building rather than offering financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
